Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags and packaging.
Initiate Request
Log into your YourLibaas account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Check Preparation
Pack the apparel securely in its original brand box or polybag, ensuring the invoice and all promotional tags remain intact for the inspection process.
Reverse Pickup
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a signed pickup acknowledgment.
Refund Processing
Once the returned outfit passes our quality warehouse inspection, your refund or exchange credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
